Set of belt conveyors

Set of belt conveyors PTU 800/1000 is used for run-of-mine haulage from the area of working machine, with its discharge onto other belt or scraper chain conveyor, or to mining carts.

The assembly’s route is suspended to loadbearing trucks moving on a suspension railway, and its design allows its continuous movement together with progressing coal face and cyclical extension of subsequent haulage means.

There is also an option to suspend the device in question to the working’s roof by means of the approved types of catches, as well as its seating on a footwall.

The assembly’s route is adapted to suspending additional devices, e.g. dust collector above the route or components of electrical equipment suspension set behind the conveyor assembly route.

Allowable slope of workings where the assembly can be operated is, after rise and dip, up to ±18° and matches the working range of heading machines.

Set of belt conveyors PTU 800/1000 may be used in underground workings of mining factories, non-methane and methane, classified as grades “a”, “b”, “c” of methane explosion hazard and class A and B of coal dust explosion hazard.

Set of belt conveyors PTU 800/1000 includes two essential components: feeder and loading elevator.

Feeder and loading elevator consist of the following repeated parts:

• drive,
• boom,
• reversing stations,
• discharge drive,
• route segments,
• feeder and loading elevator suspension elements.
