Repositioning machine

Repositioning machine MP-UPM is made as an end-part of a belt conveyor cooperating with beam stage loader. It allows to move, following the wall progress, the entire beam stage loader. It is also possible to move the discharge drive of the armoured face conveyor in case of joining these conveyors together. 

The described conveyor system allows to transport the run-of-mine from the worked face, without the necessity to directly interfere with belt conveyor set-up after each movement of a face conveyor towards the face.

MP-UPM type machine consists of the following basic assemblies:

• Scraper conveyor drive platform,
• Linear segment of the repositioning machine,
• Guide,
• Repositioning machine return station,
• Hydraulic system
• Transfer station,
• Transition segment,
• Locking mechanism assembly
• First segment of the repositioning machine,
• Engageable segment of the repositioning machine,
• Spreading system.
