Scraper conveyors type PZP-MP-230 and PZP

Beam stage loaders type PZP-MP-230 and PZPMP-260 are used for run-of-mine haulage from black coal mining faces and transferring it to coaxially positioned belt conveyor. They are made in versions with route width 750 or 864 mm

The above conveyors can cooperate with the anchoring/advancing machine type MP-UKP or with the repositioning machine type MP-UPM, which ensure spragging of drive and reversing station of beam stage loader and reversing station of belt conveyor installed on a support sub-base of discharge drive.

Its design also allows cyclical changeover of beam stage loader with shortening of the belt conveyor. Design solutions allow a simultaneous changeover of beam stage loader and belt conveyor return station.

Above designs also allow to reduce the number of employees directly assigned to the changeover and substantially increase work safety through elimination of chain blocks.

Beam stage loaders PZP-MP-230 And PZPMP-260 are also adapted to installation of dynamic crusher in their line, and they can cooperate with different kinds of belt conveyors with belt width of 1000 or 1200 mm

JDrive units can be equipped with one- and two-gear engines. With the assumed (as per the PN-G-50004) safety coefficient of m>1.5, depending on the size and strength of the scraper chain, its speed determined by the reducer translation, and the chain barrel pitch diameter, total installed power in the conveyor has specified allowable values. Using a spacing plate between the drive body side and reducer, there is a possibility to install each type of approved size ”15” and ”25” reducer of any manufacturer.
