Hydraulic cart feeder and track barrier assembly

Hydraulic Feeder assembly is designed for moving and blocking of mining carts with the capacity of 2800 dm3 in underground workings of mining factories, as well as on the surface.

The assembly may also be installed where the carts for loading any loose material are located (loading rooms). It may also be used for moving and blocking carts in cooperation with HYDRAULIC MINING CART TIPPER.

It can be used in underground mining factories, non-methane and methane fields, in workings classified as grades “a”, “b” or “c” of methane explosion hazard, as well as A and B classes of coal dust explosion hazard.

Hydraulic cart feeder and track barrier assembly consists of:

• hydraulic feeder, which is used to move the carts,
• cart hydraulic track barrier, which prevents the carts being moved by the feeder from reversing,
• cart mechanical track barrier, which prevents already moved cars from reversing.
